Also define main concepts of low-energy construction, technical properties of these objects, methods of designing, legislational elements and new findings. Practical´s part main task is to compile statistical data on low-energy construction in the Czech republic and abroad. Aditionally calculate the price indicators and possible payback of low-energy houses.

Practical outcome is comparision between passive and conventional buildings, including economic appraisal.
